Publisher`s description - Severe Weather Threat Pro
A program for weather enthusiasts and those interested in Severe Weather. My intent is to bring interesting weather information available (usually only known by professionals and weather buffs) to the general public. This program will display several key weather indices taken from upper air observations to help you determine how likely severe weather is in your area. Due to demand I've included over 100 NOAA weather radar stations. This app will show a local radar loop, satellite image, HRRR future radar and GFS 8 day outlook and a number of regional Storm Prediction Center maps with explanations. The GFS is usually updated twice daily, usually around 9AM & 9PM EST. The app will refresh every 10 minutes (lightning and warnings every 1 minute). UTC & Z mean the same thing, Universal Coordinated Time. Have fun! Feature: Weather Warnings
